At ProEdu Consulting, we are professionals in education consulting with a special interest in closing the gap between nationwide educational resources and the parents and schools who can benefit from them.

Our mission is to provide services to parents, teachers, and schools that fulfill their needs related to their core passion – educating children. We provide plans and strategies to incorporate new trends into their practices, improve and optimize their services, as well as create new ones. We help our clients find and deliver quality education.

ProEdu’s services vary depending on our clients or target community.  Our education consulting services include leading parent/teacher workshops and presentations, and custom services, where we work closely with schools to develop creative alternatives to enhance the processes already in place. Our mission is to put research into practice.

  ANNABELLA PAVAN

proeduconsulting13Annabella Pavan was born in Caracas, Venezuela.  From a young age, she knew her future would somehow relate to education.

In 1999, she earned her Bachelor´s in Education at Universidad Metropolitana, with a major in Early Childhood Education and Educational Management.  While completing her studies, she started working as an English teacher at Centro de Enriquecimiento Infantil.  Annabella then worked at Colegio Integral El Avila as a lead preschool teacher.  Meanwhile, she co-founded and served as Director at Summerplay, a summer camp for children between 1 and 6 years of age.

In 2001, Annabella won The Fulbright Scholarship and began her studies at George Mason University, where she earner her Master´s Degree in Special Education with a major in Learning Disabilities and Behavioral and Emotional Disorders.

Upon completing her studies, Annabella returned to Venezuela and took a position as the Preschool Director at Colegio Integral El Avila. During those years, she decided to do a specialization in School Administration and conducted several cases in special education as part of the inclusion program at Colegio Integral El Avila. It was then that her passion for working closely with families and teachers ignited and it has driven her career focus ever since.

In 2009 Annabella had her first child and decided to focus entirely on educational consulting; she conducted several parent workshops related to the education and development of young children as well as several teacher´s workshops related to teaching, early childhood and special education.  She dedicated her time to research and read about early childhood, school administration, curriculum and programs.

Annabella moved to Miami, FL, decided to continue her career as a consultant and co-found ProEdu Consulting. She is passionate about education and everything that comes with it. She is an active member of the High Scope Organization, the National Association for the Education of Young Children, and the Council of Exceptional Children.

 VICKY MAS

Vicky Mas has been working in education since 1988 when she graduated as an Elementary Teacher in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Born and raised in the latter city, Vicky has always had a passion for education and has had the opportunity to teach in different countries. Soon after graduating she moved to Denver, Colorado where she worked in the public schools system teaching Spanish.

In 1993 her husband’s job took her to Montevideo, Uruguay. She not only worked as a teacher in that country for ten years, but also was in charge of the English Department at Woodlands School in Montevideo.

Vicky moved to Miami, Florida in 2003. She continued her studies in education specializing in Early Childhood Education. She started her own tutoring business in 2006 helping children, 4 to 15 years old, develop to their full capacity.

In 2007 she was given the “Giving Tree Award” by the Principals’ Coalition for the Good of the Children and the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce. During the last five years she has been the director and founder of a Reggio Emilia inspired preschool and has gotten very involved in the studies about this approach attending many conferences and study groups both nationally and abroad.

Always following her passion, Vicky keeps herself busy doing research and orienting parents and teachers in dealing with different aspects of childhood. She is also a consultant for preschools in Uruguay and Argentina. As part of the ProEdu team she is committed to help parents and teachers raise resilient and happy children.
